About The Position

DaVita is seeking an RN to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. No dialysis experience is required as paid training is provided. The role involves working in a variety of hospital units and rotating between facilities as needed. Schedules include regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs. Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible. Requirements

Current RN license in the state of practice
ADN required
Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
CNN/CDN certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff
Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes
Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs
Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment
