About The Position

4 North – Oncology 4 North is an 18-bed telemetry-monitored unit specializing in the care of adult oncology patients. We offer a full spectrum of oncology services, from initial diagnosis and chemotherapy treatment to supportive care throughout the patient's journey. In addition to oncology, we provide care for adult patients with a range of conditions requiring close monitoring, such as: electrolyte imbalances, diabetes, sepsis, anemia, and pre/post-operative patients. Assesses patient reports/records change of condition and notifies physician and/or supervisor and intervenes appropriately and documents accordingly.
