About The Position
The position involves collecting and interpreting data from health care members, ensuring that medical records are clear, accurate, and correctly entered into the electronic medical record system. The role includes maintaining and reviewing patient records, electronically tasking test results for physician review, and providing direct patient care by monitoring vital signs and performing procedures such as IV placement and medication administration. The nurse will assist with invasive procedures, manage patient care, and collaborate with physicians to address both acute and long-term medical needs. Additionally, the nurse will educate patients and families on orthopaedic equipment and provide pre and post-operative instructions.
