About The Position
At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced REGISTERED NURSE (RN) for a Full Time, Days position. The role involves assuring quality nursing care for patients by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and the Facility's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include administering medications, supervising nursing assistants, assisting physicians, maintaining infection control measures, and ensuring timely documentation and patient care.
