The Robert J. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team and help serve our Veterans in our outpatient Specialty Care Clinics for Wound Care. The Registered Nurse - Wound Care is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care based on skin and wound etiology, as well as coordinating care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
