About The Position
WOUND CARE NURSE Part Time Position Every other weekend requirement Wiley Mission has earned the reputation for quality of care, courtesy and professionalism. Our nursing team is growing as we increase our staff to include a Registered Nurse to provide Wound Care for our Long-term care unit and our Subacute unit. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current registration as Registered Nurse in the state of New Jersey
- CPR/AED certification required
- Experience in a Hospital, Long-term care, Subacute or Rehabilitation preferred
- Previous experience with geriatric residents desirable
Responsibilities
- Carries out administrative and resident care duties as directed.
- Administration of treatments as prescribed.
- Has knowledge of resident status and communicates effectively as appropriate.
- Gives and receives reports.
- Evaluates residents needs, condition and care, and reports this information to the nursing team.
- Maintains documentation of treatment provided.
