As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organizations vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

  • Responsible for direct patient care, including planning, directing and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance with the Colorado Nurse Practice Act, Physician Orders, recognized nursing techniques and policies, procedures, and established clinical competencies.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and leadership in planning and performing care of the patient.
  • Responsible for meeting the clinical competencies set forth by HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge.
  • When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • AHA or ARC BLS required.
  • Degree in nursing.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in acute care setting.
  • WOCN, CWS or other Wound Care certification preferred.
  • Wound care experience in out-patient or in-patient setting preferred.
