About The Position

The Registered Nurse in the Women's Care Unit at Kent Hospital is responsible for providing nursing care to patients, either directly or indirectly, for a defined group of patients according to the hospital's philosophy of patient care. This part-time position requires working 24 hours per week during the evening shift, specifically from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. The position is also bonus eligible.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of six months job-related experience or equivalent.
• Current RI State Licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Labor and Delivery Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NRP.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Women's Care Unit.
• Ensure adherence to the hospital's philosophy of patient care.
• Maintain current licensure in the State of Rhode Island.
• Perform essential job-specific functions as required.
