About The Position

Multiple Departments Are Hiring RNs, Including These Listed Below: Medical Surgical - We have a few openings on our different medical surgical units. These units have a true medical surgical patient population but some have a subspecialty in orthopedics or neuro. Day shift or night shift opportunities available based on 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays required. ER Transitional Care Unit - We believe that a smooth transition from the ER to inpatient care is crucial for optimal patient outcomes. Our ER Transitional Care department is dedicated to ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care, with a focus on safety, comfort, and a seamless transition to the next phase of their medical journey. We are seeking candidates with experience in Telemetry and/or Med Surg. Schedule is based on 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Stepdown Unit - We are hiring a few talented RNs for night shift on our Stepdown unit! This unit is 36 beds and has a true stepdown patient population. Schedule is based on 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. IMCU/CVICU Unit - Be part of our critical care team in this fast-paced step-down unit with low staff-to-patient ratios. There is an opportunity to work with the CVICU team and care for complex cardiac patients as well. Schedule is based on 12-hour shifts with an every third weekend rotation. Telemetry/ICU or Med/Surg experience and ability to read EKG’s is preferred but will consider and train enthusiastic learners. Rapid Response Team - We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Nurses to join our new Rapid Response Team at Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital! As an RN in this department, you will play a crucial role in providing critical care in urgent and high-stress situations, ensuring the health and safety of patients in a variety of emergency scenarios. This position will support and respond to codes throughout the hospital. Schedule is based on 12-hour shifts with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays required. Full-time and part-time, day shift and night shift options are available. We are currently seeking candidates with past rapid response team or critical care experience. RNs for Operating Room - We are seeking experienced OR RNs to join our talented team in the Operating Room! Currently hiring for day shift and night shift. Full and part-time options available.
