Schedule: Part-Time | 20 hours per week About Us - Urgent Care Freeman Urgent Care offers a convenient, cost-effective alternative for minor medical care A walk-in clinic staffed with highly trained personnel including board-certified physicians, registered nurses, and x-ray technicians Freeman Urgent Care provides prompt medical treatment without an appointment What You’ll Do Provides nursing care to patients during emergent and non-emergent visits. Provides clinical services per provider orders. Triage of patients to give providers an accurate assessment of patient complaints. Provides excellent customer services to patients and families. Freeman Health System includes Freeman Hospital West, Freeman Hospital East, Freeman Neosho Hospital and Ozark Center – the area’s largest provider of behavioral health services – as well as two urgent care clinics, dozens of physician clinics and a variety of specialty services.

Requirements

  • AHA ACLS within 180 days.
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.
  • AHA PALS Provider within 180 days.
  • Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Program (CPI) within 180 days.
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within 180 days.

Responsibilities

  • Provides nursing care to patients during emergent and non-emergent visits.
  • Provides clinical services per provider orders.
  • Triage of patients to give providers an accurate assessment of patient complaints.
  • Provides excellent customer services to patients and families.
