About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Primary Care department is responsible for providing leadership, direction, organization, and administration of daily clinic operations in the patient care area. This role involves delivering high-quality service to patients, making independent nursing diagnoses, and developing plans of care based on patient assessments. The RN will create and implement dynamic teaching plans based on patient needs and will work collaboratively with the Care Team, emphasizing teamwork and accountability in patient care and relationships.
