Under the direction of the department manager, leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Requirements
- 18 months RECENT Previous RN OR experience REQUIRED
- Previous charge nurse or other RN leadership experience
- Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire; All Direct Care RNs required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.
- EDUCATION: BSN or MSN REQUIRED
- RN License valid to practice in the State of Virginia
- Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.
- RN License valid to work in the State of Virginia
