About The Position
Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor of the Tuberculosis (TB) Division of the Midlands Region, the Tuberculosis Registered Nurse will provide counseling, education regarding TB testing, evaluation, and treatment for Latent TB Infection (LTBI) or TB disease to patients and external partners. The registered nurse will be a member of an interdisciplinary team to present information to discuss team case conferences, and provide cross coverage in time of staff absences. Assist with ongoing training opportunities; and help to facilitate orientation of new TB staff as directed.
