About The Position

The Registered Nurse - Trauma OR is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a trauma and operating room setting. The role involves managing complex trauma cases, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Requirements

• Licensure: Current Florida Registered Nurse license or a compact RN license Subject to Florida state licensing timelines and requirements
• Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a trauma or acute care operating room setting

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
