About The Position
INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Transplant ECMO ICU team in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time position requires working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, where you will provide exceptional care to patients who have entrusted INTEGRIS Health with their healthcare needs. The role emphasizes the importance of partnering with individuals to promote healthier lives, aligning with our mission. As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care interventions. You may also be required to float to other units and participate in on-call status as needed. In this position, you will supervise and coordinate the care provided by other licensed and non-licensed personnel, offering guidance and mentorship to non-licensed staff and students. Adherence to National Patient Safety Goals is crucial, and you will be expected to maintain competencies specific to the patient population you serve. The role may involve exposure to infections, communicable diseases, and other physical demands, necessitating compliance with standard precautions and safety protocols.
