We offer a Flexible 8:00am to 4:30pm schedule for our Transitional Residential Setting Registered Nurse position located in Port Henry, NY

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) NY State License required.

Nice To Haves

• Psychiatric Nursing and experience with youth and families in a community setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate heath care with community medical providers, including primary care physicians and specialists
• Provide medication oversight to staff administering medication to clients.
• Fulfill job duties in the community (e.g., homes, schools, hospitals, outpatient treatment locations) during the stat-up phase of the Transitional Residence Setting, and in both the Critical Tiem Intervention (CTI) and Transitional Residence Setting once fully operational.
