About The Position

We are currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Transitional Rehab Unit. This unit focuses on patients transitioning from acute care to home or long-term care. The RN plays a key leadership role in managing patient care plans, coordinating treatment, and supporting staff while ensuring safe and effective care delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Nevada RN license (in good standing)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Emergency or Intensive Care nursing
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a team-oriented mindset
• Physical ability to lift, walk, carry, and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust plans as necessary
• Lead and support the nursing team within the therapeutic milieu
• Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal recovery outcomes
