Requirements

  • Current Texas RN license required
  • One year of clinical experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or healthcare facility preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), Point Click Care (PCC) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Taking charge of a hall or unit, you’ll supervise the day-to-day activities of CNAs to ensure the highest degree of quality care at all times.
  • We’ll rely on you to lead the team, set expectations, coach and monitor CNAs while fostering a positive environment and serve as a role model.
  • You’ll also provide direct care, administer medications and treatments, complete admissions, coordinate with other departments for resident/patient services, consult with physicians and serve as liaison with family members.
