About The Position

Start Date: Immediate Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Contract Duration: 13 weeks Estimated Pay Package: $2,000 (including stipend) Telemetry experience required Address must be 80+ miles from the facility. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously. Conduct patient assessments and report any changes in condition promptly to the healthcare team. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, observations, and interventions according to hospital policies. Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and procedures related to cardiac care. Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate nursing interventions in a timely manner. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; compact license accepted if applicable. Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience required. BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory. Strong assessment skills with the ability to recognize cardiac emergencies quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
