About The Position

Seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse for a night shift assignment in an acute care setting. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, monitor cardiac rhythms, and collaborate with the care team to support telemetry patients.

Requirements

• Active New York RN license (in hand)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
• At least 1 year of current experience with telemetry patient populations
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
• Ability to pass a hospital-proctored rhythm test (≥80% overall accuracy and 100% accuracy on critical rhythms)
• Epic charting experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption

• Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) patient care
• Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to telemetry patients during night shifts
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and manage patient care per clinical protocols
• Accurately document patient care using Epic EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
