About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team, which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient’s independence to return to their prior residence.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Valid NJ RN License required
• BLS - AHA certification required
• 0-1 relevant work experience required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and developing care plans
• Implementing nursing interventions and evaluating patient outcomes
• Delegating patient care tasks to other healthcare team members
• Coordinating services with rehabilitation staff
• Maximizing patient independence for return to prior residence
