Registered Nurse - Telemetry Monitoring
About The Position
4 General Telemetry is a dynamic 41-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit dedicated to providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population. Our patients typically have conditions such as CHF, hypertension, COPD, diabetes, and respiratory diseases, with an average length of stay of 7-10 days. We maintain a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio and foster a strong culture of collaboration and shared decision-making through our Unit Shared Governance Committee . You'll be supported by an ADT nurse , additional support staff, and a leadership team committed to your success. Our unit is proud to have earned Center of Excellence awards , consistently achieves top patient experience scores , and celebrated a 2024 Team Engagement Score of 93% — a testament to our teamwork and positive culture. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire, required.
Nice To Haves
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- One year relevant experience, preferred.
- ENPC, TNCC or CEN; preferred.
