About The Position

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Nurses strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. Meridian Telemetry is a 37 single bed unit that provides care for our more critical med/surg community. Our patient population includes cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, post-surgical, renal impairment, and so much more. Our team-oriented unit has an average nurse/patient ratio of 1:4. We are a great unit to develop your critical thinking and time management skills. We are a close-knit team that is here to support each other and to provide the best care for our community.

Requirements

Education: Nursing Degree
Experience: One (1) + years’ RN experience
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross

Responsibilities

Responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care
Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient’s needs
