About The Position
The Registered Nurse in Surgery Pediatrics provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. This role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient conditions, and coordinating care among various disciplines. The nurse will also assess and coordinate discharge planning needs, provide education to patients and families, and perform duties in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
