About The Position
Could you be our next night shift Nurse Supervisor of Virtual Care Operation Center (VCOC) in our 2 out of 4 Weekend Program? Position is onsite at Radnor Corporate Office Why work as a Supervisor of Virtual Care Operation Center with Main Line Health? Make an Impact! Come be a leader in our newly established Virtual Care Operation Center (VCOC) located in Radnor, PA! In this role, you will supervise the VCOC staff, operations, and team collaboration in providing efficient patient flow and management of bed capacity. You will also collaborate with campus and VCOC leadership to develop and integrate both real time and trends in key metrics and outcomes related to capacity management and efficient patient flow. Position: Supervisor, Virtual Care Operation Center (VCOC) Shift: Days; 2 out of 4 Weekends per month, Saturday & Sunday (7:00 pm to 7:30 am)
Requirements
- 3-5 years healthcare experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- RN required
- ASN required; BSN preferred.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
