About The Position

Centurion Health contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings. We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Putnamville Correctional Facility located in Greencastle, Indiana. The Registered Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
