About The Position

The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring coordinated patient care delivery in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice, and hospital policy, goals, and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational, and Performance Improvement efforts while supervising staff assigned to his/her shift. Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for: Education & Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of three years experience in psychiatric health care. Additional Skill Requirements: Knowledge of Joint Commission, HCFA, OSHA, and state and federal regulatory requirements. Compensation: This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range is $38.00 - $50.00 hourly with a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus. Requirements
