Your Role & Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you’ll play a vital role in the daily care and comfort of our residents by: Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care in alignment with our mission and core values Leading and supporting CNAs in their daily resident care duties Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for residents Promoting resident independence, dignity, and well-being Providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and families Maintaining compliance with all infection control, safety, and documentation standards Staying current with ongoing education, training, and best practices

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccination (or approved exemption)
  • Strong computer and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in long-term care or infection control preferred — but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
