About The Position

Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical and mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Lake Correctional Institution located in Clermont, Florida The Registered Nurse Supervisor (Mental Health) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs. Centurion Health contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings. Requirements

Associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience preferred
Corrections experience preferred
