About The Position
New Eastwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As one of the Northeast's leading providers of Post-Acute Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional rehabilitative services to our patients. Our facility has been recognized for its outstanding quality of care, ranking 38 out of 672 centers in Pennsylvania, and we are proud to hold a 5-Star Overall Facility rating, along with 5-Star Quality Measures and 5-Star Survey Facility ratings. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring that all patients receive the highest standard of care. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide guidance and support to nursing staff. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, as well as fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders. This position offers full-time shifts, with options available from 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am.
