Requirements

• BSN required.
• BLS certification required.
• Professional certification required within one year of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct provision of patient care.
• Assist the manager with daily operations including coordination of patient care and outcomes.
• Allocate human and fiscal resources.

• Supervise and appraise nursing staff.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
