About The Position

Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for our Medical Observation and Behavioral Health unit. This full-time position will require working night shifts and offers a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. The role involves overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing daily operations within the unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and a passion for behavioral health.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMH-BC).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff in the Medical Observation and Behavioral Health unit.
