About The Position
Responsible for day-to-day surgery function for assigned facility, nurse staff ensuring compliance with the organization’s policies, procedures, established guidelines, and applicable laws. Communicate and provide direction to physicians and staff regarding changes in protocols, forms scheduling, and procedures enacted from the management level. Demonstrate initiative, insight, and judgment in all decision-making processes. Provide ACLS and BLS training, pay for licensure, and uniforms are provided. No evenings or weekends.
