About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for our Ambulatory & Outpatient Pineville and Southpark Non-Oncology Infusion Centers. This position will oversee the daily operations of the infusion centers, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for managing nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and a passion for patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Infusion Nursing
• Experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings
• Knowledge of oncology nursing practices
