About The Position
As Registered Nurse Supervisor 1 Psychiatric, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned nursing and direct care staff including directing and reviewing the work of nursing staff, preparing and monitoring staffing schedules, developing daily staffing plans for nursing care, and ensuring compliance with established standards of nursing care in accordance with State, federal, and accreditation agency requirements. This position is located at Kirby Forensic Psychiatric Center and involves a day shift on weekdays, plus scheduled weekend hours.
