About The Position
The Street Medicine Registered Nurse (RN) will provide nursing care to individuals experiencing homelessness directly in their living environments, including parks, encampments, and under bridges. This role involves working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed care, health education, and support to a diverse and vulnerable patient population. The RN will play a key role in reducing barriers to healthcare by offering services directly to those who may not access traditional healthcare settings. This role is on-site in Midtown Sacramento, CA (95811).
