The Hospice Registered Nurse is responsible for case management of a group of hospice care clients, providing direct nursing care, and coordinating and supervising other disciplines involved to promote quality services to patients. The Hospice RN is responsible for providing skilled care to assigned patient according to the plan of care established by the patient’s physician. The Hospice RN practices within the scope of nursing as defined by the Nurse Practice Act. This position will cover the south/southeast which is I-70 south (some of Marion County and all of Johnson County). Would cover areas such as New Palestine, Beech Grove and Greenwood.
