About The Position

Sentara Hospital Support Services is hiring a Registered Nurse to work for the Regional Resource Pool in Northern VA/ Blue Ridge. This position is part of the Flexi-pool with Swing Shifts, offering flexible self-scheduling and premium pay. The role requires a minimum of 48 scheduled hours per month, including at least one 12-hour shift after 3 PM and one 12-hour weekend shift per month. The nurse must be available to work at two of the three hospitals listed: Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA, Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA, or Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, VA. Candidates must reside within 75 miles of two of these hospitals.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.
• Minimum of 48 scheduled hours per month.
• Availability to work at least one 12-hour shift after 3 PM and one 12-hour weekend shift per month.
• Must reside within 75 miles of two of the three specified hospitals.
