Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32 Registered Nurse (RN) – Sports Medicine Location: Onalaska, WI (with future travel to Winona, MN) FTE: 0.8 (64 hours per pay period) At Emplify Health, Together, we inspire your best life by relentlessly caring, learning, and innovating. The Onalaska Sports Medicine Clinic is seeking a RN to join a small, close‑knit team as we expand services. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys autonomy, fast‑paced clinic work, and partnering closely with clinicians. Why This Role This is an addition to the team to support a growing clinic, giving nurses more capacity to provide thoughtful, high‑quality care. You’ll be the third RN on a collaborative team where critical thinking, flexibility, and teamwork are expected and valued. Future, occasional outreach to Winona, MN will occur as services expand and coverage will be rotated among the RN team. Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
  • Active, unencumbered Wisconsin RN license upon hire; ability to obtain Minnesota RN licensure in the future
  • At least 1 year of RN experience
  • Strong communication skills, confidence, and comfort working autonomously

Nice To Haves

  • Orthopedic, sports medicine, or specialty experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage referrals and patient medical questions through a busy inbasket
  • Perform patient triage and chart review to support appropriate provider routing
  • Provide pre‑ and post‑operative education and follow‑up calls
  • Conduct post‑op nurse‑only visits
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, clinicians, athletic trainers, and MAs
  • Assist with clinic flow, procedures, and injections
  • Support Platelet‑Rich Plasma (PRP) injections (training provided)
