  • Provide a full range of delegated, interdependent, and independent nursing services to patients.
  • Demonstrate clinical competence and compassion in patient care.
  • Coordinate development of multi-disciplinary plans of care.
  • Assess patient/family needs for information and education.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and community agencies for discharge planning.
  • Monitor, document, and report patient responses to interventions.

  • Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association obtained within 3 months of hire.
  • Graduate of an approved professional (RN) nursing program.
