About The Position
This role is part-time in our Georgia Office working two days a week or two half-days a week (to be finalized). About RHM: RHM Gynecology delivers restorative medical care for gynecological, reproductive, and fertility health needs throughout a woman’s reproductive continuum, puberty through menopause. Requirements
- Align with the mission of RHM, which recognizes that all persons have dignity from the moment of conception until natural death
- Registered Nurse with a multistate license.
- Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage tasks within a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Intermediate computer and software skills
- Ability to learn new software, including Athena and RingCentral
- Sound understanding of all federal and state regulations including HIPAA and OSHA
- Working knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform general gynecology and limited OB ultrasounds
- Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment
- Review patient medical history and supporting clinical information prior to patient’s arrival
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with the patient during the ultrasound
- Thoroughly and efficiently document the ultrasound visit, including any limitations
- Present ultrasound images and findings to the medical team in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with medical providers and other staff in a timely manner
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy as outlined by privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA)
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Other job duties as assigned which may include clinical duties not related to ultrasounds.
