About The Position

Are you a Registered Nurse looking to work with school age children and their families? If so, this would be a great position for you! Our SBHC Coordinator will implement health education services to diverse populations of adolescents in school and community settings. The SBHC Coordinator will also ensure that all grant outcome objectives are being met in accordance with timelines set out in the grant work plans in collaboration with clinical managers. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan
  • Current BCLS certification
  • Flu vaccine is a minimum work requirement at Grace Health.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred.
  • One year of professional nursing experience in ambulatory care/school setting preferred
  • Certification in ambulatory care nursing or other nursing specialty is desirable
