Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to residents in accordance with established nursing protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance nursing skills.
