About The Position
Evergreen Woods Health and Rehab Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional care to our residents and patients. The RN will utilize the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, to ensure the highest standards of care are met. This role requires effective interaction with residents, their family members, and other healthcare team members, all while adhering to professional nursing standards. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs. The position offers flexible shifts, including full-time and part-time options, with available shifts from 7 am to 3 pm. The RN will also be expected to work weekends as needed, including rotating weekends and night shifts.
