We are adding Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and night shifts to help us provide life-changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for RNs who can work FULL TIME. Shifts are 12-hours from 7:00-7:00 and have a rotating weekends. We would love you to join us and save lives!

Requirements

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
• Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Indiana
• One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, ER nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
• Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
• Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
• Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
