Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current WI or compact state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to residents.
• Conduct resident assessments and planning.
• Implement interventions and evaluations.
• Assist in the development of care plans with residents, families, and staff.
