About The Position
Divinity Home Care is a Medicare A certified, family-owned Home Care Agency that provides a range of services including Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech, Social Work, and Home Health services in Macomb County and surrounding areas. The agency has built an excellent reputation in the community and is recognized as a preferred provider by local hospitals and facilities. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and effective case management. The RN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including RNs, PTs, OTs, HHAs, SLPs, and MSWs, to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. In this role, the RN will be responsible for administering nursing care to patients who are ill, injured, or disabled. This includes diagnosing and establishing treatment plans, monitoring patient symptoms, and reporting any changes to collaborating physicians or specialists. The RN will also play a crucial role in educating patients about health maintenance and disease prevention, facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate medical records. Emotional support and advice will also be provided to patients and their families, ensuring a holistic approach to care. Divinity Home Care offers flexible scheduling options, allowing RNs to create their own work schedules each week, provided that patient care frequencies are met. Competitive pay is offered per visit, along with mileage reimbursement and various other benefits for both part-time and full-time employees. Higher rates are available for weekend visits as part of the weekend rotation coverage.
