About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position involves working collaboratively with the nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to teamwork. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with options for day and night shifts. Night shift employees will receive a shift differential. A sign-on bonus of $4,000 is available for full-time employees, effective until October 31, 2025.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
