About The Position
The Home Therapies RN CAP 1 is an entry-level position within the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for patients undergoing home dialysis. This role involves assessing patient needs, managing treatment protocols, and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient care outcomes. The RN will also participate in educational activities and quality improvement initiatives.
