About The Position
Position: Registered Nurse Edenbrook Yeadon is a proud member of the Eden Senior Care network and is committed to providing exceptional care and enhancing the well-being of our residents. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents. Reasons to work at Edenbrook include a starting pay between $42-48/hr., based on experience, and a generous $5,250 in yearly Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment. Additionally, we offer an employee referral bonus of $750 paid out after 90 days. As a Registered Nurse, you will conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident. You will administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols, monitor residents' vital signs, and promptly address any changes in health status. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care is essential. You will also assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities, educate residents and their families on health-related topics, and promote preventive care. In case of medical emergencies, you will respond and provide immediate and appropriate interventions while maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident medical records. Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families is a key aspect of this role, along with participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
